
Peter Randazzo teaches social studies in upstate New York. He writes about philosophical meaning–in short, finding a purpose in life. He enjoys poetry and books with larger, meaningful themes. Favorite books include MARTYR! by Kaveh Akbar, THE SIMPLE TRUTH by Philip Levine, and EAST OF EDEN by John Steinbeck… this list is always growing and changing!
In addition to numerous writing projects, he also records music under the moniker ‘Mt. Plato‘. The music sales go directly to charities, such as No Kid Hungry, which support public education programs and students across the US.
Peter Randazzo has a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education from SUNY New Paltz and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum Instruction from SUNY Empire. His writing has been shortlisted by the Letter Review Prize for Unpublished Books, been published in Albany Writers Institute’s Trolley, The Word’s Faire’s The Feast, Literary Revelations’ Hidden in Childhood, Neon Origami, and Yin Literary Magazine. He is the author of self-published “Dandelions & The Right Notes”.
